We want to thank all the team in Hour Wedding specially our wedding planner Kate, at the beginning of the planning of our wedding we had some problems with the previous planner who was not professional at all and was let go for the obvious reasons.But with Kate everything was really smooth even when problems came up outside everybody's control. We really like Kate and her professionalism, she really saved our special day and I highly recommend her She has beautiful ideas but never tried to force us in her direction. From organizing a wedding within 2 weeks, missing our original flight & helping us find taxis to artsy-fartsy makeup & hair to keeping me calm when the groom fainted (on the wedding day!) to walking me down the aisle arm in arm, Venerina was there every step of the way making sure we were able to fulfill our dream NO MATTER WHAT!! Due to the lock down situation we couldn't have witnesses, friends or family. We were worried Hour Weddings would not be interested in arranging just for 2 people. We need not have worried. They were fantastic from beginning to end. Everything arranged for us, promptly and professional with genuine kindness. Great staff members, supplied 2 great guys for witnesses and they have an office which is very easily accessible, just off Main St. a short stroll from the registry office. Dear Monica and Sara. Now that we are safely home back in Geneva, I wanted to send a short note to again thank you both for your professional attention to arranging our wedding in Gibraltar. "We had one of those 'eventful' weddings where circumstances overtook us and our plans had to change last minute. I think that's when you find out just how good your wedding planner really is and I'm happy to confirm that Monica and her team are truly first-class. Our flight to Gibraltar was diverted to Malaga due to heavy fog and the resulting delay had a knock-on effect that could have meant postponing or even canceling our wedding. I contacted Monica to let her know the bad news she immediately took control of the situation and started making alternative arrangements. When we first touched down in Malaga we'd already accepted we woudn't be getting married during our visit, but by the time we arrived in on the Rock after our coach transfer from Malaga Monica already had everything sorted! The service we received was excellent right from my initial email inquiry through to the delivery of our wedding certificates upon our return to the UK, and so we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Monica and her team to anyone looking to tie the knot in Gibraltar." We live in London, but got engaged in Tarifa, and didn’t know if it would even be possible to get married in Spain, but Monica made it all happen!Monica arranged for us to get officially married in Gibraltar, before we went to Tarifa for the ceremony and reception.We gave Monica our ‘wish list’, which involved finding us a priest, having the ceremony in the Iglesia de San Mateo in Tarifa, and helping us find a reception venue and hotel for us and our guests. "Monica and her assistant, Sara, did a fantastic job of coordinating our May 11, 2017 wedding. They were so easy to work with ahead of time to ensure that we had our paperwork in order, hotel rooms and ceremony location booked, and the other necessary details. They arranged a professional photographer for us, Sophie Triay. We wanted something simple but special, just the two of us, and chose to have it on the small oceanfront terrace at the Caleta Hotel. The morning of the ceremony it poured down rain for several hours, stopping just a 1/2 hour before our scheduled 10:00 a.m. nuptials, with the sky clearing up and the sun shining. The hotel told us that the terrace was too wet and we would need to change our venue to a dark, back conference room at the hotel with no ocean view. Monica stepped in immediately and took charge, politely but firmly insisting that the ceremony be moved out onto the hotel’s terrace. She saved the day! We were wed on the sunny terrace with the sparkling ocean behind us, exactly as we had wanted, and I didn’t need to be Bridezilla to make it happen. Monica and Sara acted as our witnesses and they both also took photos with our cell phones so that we could immediately send pictures to our family, even before the professional photos were available. "I cannot express our gratitude enough. My partner and I chose to marry in Gibraltar 2 weeks before the day, bit last minute I know. I came across Hour weddings on the Internet. From the first email I knew I had come to the right place. Monica was extremely helpful and all was organised within days, it really took the stress out of the wedding arrangements. When we arrived Monica was there to greet us, she guided us through the whole legal process which was very straightforward, and even bought us coffee and managed early check ins for us, it was clear she was well known and liked and we could see why. She made herself available for any concerns, should we have them, and I have to say we had none, Monica had everything covered and we had, more importantly, peace of mind. I had arranged for my hair to be done and it was to a high standard. My bouquet was exactly what I had asked for, stunning. We married at the Botanical Gardens and Sara was there to meet us and ensure all went smoothly. Giles our photographer was excellent, and such a nice man. We knew exactly how we wanted our wedding to be and she made it happen despite all the logistical obstacles put in her way. No problem is was too big for Monica to resolve. As a result our guests repeatedly tell us that our wedding was the best that they have ever attended. From redecorating the marquee, to making water and fans available at Sacred Heart Church and providing fire jugglers at Eastern Beach at 4 o’clock in the morning, Monica was able to ensure it happened. Add to that providing a Cuban Band at short notice when the musicians previously booked dropped out!This woman can turn her hand to anything. We cannot recommend her services enough."

“We cannot enough emphasize our gratitude over how you organized our day to remember. When we first met Monica the day before when she picked us up at tha petrol station to drive us to the Registry office we immediately felt that we were in good hands. This feeling of considerate professional attitude was with us the following days. The planning was well prepared and the way you were organized with Amina following us throughout the day and Monica doing the “under cover work” was impressive. The canapés in the very beautiful garden was tasteful and at the right time and place. “We had originally booked our wedding with some shonky planner who failed us with only 2 months to go and in swooped Monica to the rescue. I’ve honestly never met such an enthusiastic and emphatic woman, she met us and brough her team with her and came up with some amazing ideas as to how to improve our day, she did this without being pushy but felt more like a familymember offering friendly, unobtrusive advice. She was on constant standby and answered every question I had swiftly.I have never been as calm as I was on my wedding day and I know that is 100% down to the trust I had in Hour Concierge, I knew she wouldn’t let me know and she didn’t. The day was like a dream, I know things happened in the background which is to be expected on a day like this but I was completely shielded from it.
