Your ceremony can take place overlooking the marina, with yachts resting in the harbour and the Mediterranean stretching out before you. It is intimate, relaxed and naturally beautiful.

We help with calm planning, supplier coordination, timings, guest experience, décor styling and the personal finishing touches that make the day feel beautiful and effortless.

We can also help arrange entertainment, from live musicians and acoustic sets to other memorable details that make your celebration feel completely your own.

Queensway Quay Marina Venue Details

  • Days & Times: Monday to Saturday
  • Capacity: up to 20 guests for ceremonies
  • This venue can host: Civil marriages, partnerships, and non-legal and symbolic wedding ceremonies. Cocktail hour and receptions to follow.

This Package Includes (The Lounge OR Rendezvous)

  • Venue hire
  • Registry Office fees (compulsory)
  • Notary fees (compulsory)
  • One marriage certificate and postage
  • Registrant’s transportation to/from the registry office
  • Full support with documentation throughout the entire process
  • Meet and greet the day prior to wedding
  • Wedding planner present during the ceremony to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • A three-course meal and a bottle of wine for two (with The Lounge package)

      Is Queensway Quay Marina an approved legal wedding venue in Gibraltar?

      Yes. Queensway Quay Marina is an approved Gibraltar wedding venue for civil marriages, civil partnerships and symbolic ceremonies. Ceremonies take place within The Lounge or Rendezvous restaurant spaces at the marina.

      What spaces are available?

      There are two spaces: The Lounge and Rendezvous. Both are elegant waterfront restaurant spaces that can be privately hired for your ceremony and reception. We can help you choose the right one for your guest numbers and style.

      How many guests can attend?

      Up to 20 guests can attend the ceremony. Queensway Quay Marina is best suited to intimate celebrations — small, meaningful gatherings rather than large-scale weddings.

      Can we have a reception as well as the ceremony?

      Yes. The marina can host your ceremony followed by a cocktail hour and reception, so your entire celebration takes place in one beautiful waterfront location.

      What is included in the package?

      The package covers venue hire, all Registry Office and notary fees, documentation support, meet and greet the day before, and a wedding planner present throughout the ceremony. The Lounge package also includes a three-course meal and a bottle of wine for two — a lovely way to begin your married life together.

      What days are available?

      Weddings take place Monday to Saturday. We will guide you through availability and help you find the right date for your plans.
