Can we have a legal ceremony at The Mount?
The Mount is not currently an approved venue for civil marriages or civil partnerships. However, it is a wonderful setting for symbolic ceremonies, blessings and receptions. If you would like a legal ceremony, this can take place at the Registry Office or another approved Gibraltar venue, followed by your celebration at The Mount. We can help you plan both.
How many guests can attend a wedding at The Mount?
The indoor Parasol Hall accommodates up to 80 guests seated or up to 120 standing. The outdoor gardens and terrace can host larger gatherings, with capacity confirmed per event. It is one of Gibraltar’s most versatile celebration venues, equally suited to intimate receptions and larger celebrations.
What spaces are available?

What about the weather for outdoor events?
The Mount’s outdoor spaces are available weather permitting. Gibraltar has a warm Mediterranean climate and enjoys sunshine for much of the year, but we will always advise you on the best timing and help you plan accordingly.
